Structure

The court enclosure includes a self-supporting structure with structural tubes, closed and anchored by two lower and upper perimeter rings. The ultra slim upper ring is reinforced with 5 mm sheet. The steel components are galvanized, and the structure is coated with baked polyester epoxy resin.

The galvanized welded mesh has dimensions of 50×50×4 mm and is delivered with no projections. The frames are built using structural plates as specified, with three 40×5 mm horizontal cross-members to prevent buckling (ensuring the structure remains robust under load).

Paint

The metal elements are coated with a thermo-set polyester powder paint formulated with polyester resins. This finish, certified by QUALICOAT, in Premier Padel gold or black colour, provides excellent resistance to corrosion and UV rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical impacts. In coastal and saline environments, we treat the structure with an additional two-coat pure epoxy primer system, which is coated with a powder or liquid finish.

El recinto de la pista comprende una estructura autoportante con tubos estructurales, cerrados y anclados por dos anillos perimetrales inferior y superior. El anillo superior ultradelgado está reforzado con chapa de 5 mm. Los componentes de acero están galvanizados, y la estructura está recubierta con resina epoxi poliéster cocida.

Glass

12 mm certified tempered glass for the panoramic back walls and sides. The side and lower panels are 2×3 m. All installed on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakage. The manufacturing process of this tempered glass is carried out by a standardized production process and in compliance with UNE EN 12150-1.

Turf

New 10 mm textured artificial turf specially designed for this court. This type of turf is used in the central court of the main professional tournaments of Premier Padel, known for its improved rotational and longitudinal traction capabilities.

Lighting

Twelve LED Project LINE floodlights of 200 W each, with premium lighting and a unique design that resembles half a padel racket, created by MejorSet. The number of floodlights can be increased or other higher-power ones chosen.

In compliance with NIDE regulations, the lighting in a padel court is designed to be uniform, ensuring it does not obstruct the vision of players, referees or spectators. Our lighting systems comply with UNE EN 12193, which establishes the lighting requirements for sports facilities.
