The court is built with a self-supporting galvanized steel frame, anchored by two peripheral structural rings for enhanced resistance and stability.
All structural components are treated with a baked polyester epoxy coating over galvanized steel, offering exceptional protection in harsh outdoor conditions.
A portable version is available for venues where drilling or permanent installation is not possible — perfect for rooftops, temporary events, or leased properties.
The RC10 comes standard with VTAC LED lighting, featuring eight 200 W floodlights that deliver bright, even coverage across the court.
Available pole designs include curved (default), Z-shaped, and straight, all finished with an anti-corrosion coating and available in custom colours.
For clubs requiring increased brightness or professional visibility, upgrade options are available with higher lumen output and advanced LED optics. All configurations meet FIP lighting standards and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.
In the U.S. market, due to regulatory requirements, this model is supplied with LED Projects LINE fixtures, using eight 150 W linear floodlights.
The RC10 uses 12 mm tempered safety glass on both side and back panels, offering a wide panoramic experience while maintaining structural safety.
The RC10 comes with MONDO NSF SHOT XN turf as standard, a 10 mm texturized surface ideal for club-level play. Built with XNOVA monofilaments and filled with silica sand, it ensures reliable grip, low maintenance, and consistent bounce. Available in green or blue.
For clubs seeking a premium playing experience, the MONDO SUPERCOURT XN is available as an upgrade. This version combines XNOVA and STX fibres for improved bounce precision, ball speed, and high-end aesthetics.
In warm climates, a monofilament turf option is recommended for enhanced heat resistance and durability.
All turf options are FIP certified and compatible with traditional bases or raised technical flooring systems.

Production time at our factory in Crevillent, 30 days maximum.
You have to allow 2 to 3 days for the installation of a court.
We can offer you 2 options for installing your courts: Installation with full MejorSet equipment (3-4 people) or installation only with a Mejor supervisor, who will guide your own local team of installers.
We have a logistics department that is responsible for finding and selecting the best freight forwarding companies to deliver your runway anywhere in the world.
Door-to-door with truck for shipments within Europe. CIF and CFR for maritime shipments.
The most important care is: cleaning, redistribution of sand, removal of fungi and moss, verification of joints. Our team will give you a little training on the necessary maintenance when delivering the court.
Both floors are good, but each one will be better adapted to the environment and conditions of your type of installation, let's give two examples:
We can divide the foundation into two sections, a perimeter wall (where we will anchor the structure) and a floor (play area or annexes around it).
The floor plan is one of the points to take into account the most, it must be a completely homogeneous surface without potholes or holes since this will affect 3 important points of your installation.
